Our content, our trademark, and your rights — and how to raise a concern.
1. Our content
The Polly's Web name, logo, site design, care guides, articles, and other materials we create are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal reference. Please don't copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of what you add to your care journal — spood profiles, care notes, photos, and captions. You grant us the permission needed to store, process, and display that content as part of running the service, as described in our Terms of Service. We will not sell your content or use it in marketing without your permission.
3. Respect for others' rights
Only upload photos and material you have the rights to use. If you include someone else's work, have permission or a legal basis for it.
4. Copyright concerns
If you believe content on Polly's Web infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, email [email protected] with:
- a description of the work you believe is infringed;
- the URL or location of the material on the site;
- your contact information;
- a statement of your good-faith belief and authority to act.
We review every notice and will remove material we determine to be infringing. Repeat infringers may lose access to the service.
